Avocado Toast with Salmon

Here is one of my favorite breakfasts, Avocado on Toasted Sourdough Bread with Salmon. On my plate I added some cherry tomatoes and sliced mango. The salmon was leftover from dinner the night before. I decided to air fry the salmon filet and it was perfectly cooked in 8 minutes. Breakfast only takes about 10 minutes to make since the salmon is already prepared. Just toast the bread, smash the avocado and layer it with the salmon. Drizzle some lemon juice on top and you are ready for the day.

  • 1 toaster
  • 1 oven or air fryer
  • 1 knife


  • 1 slice sourdough bread
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 2 oz salmon
  • 1/4 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 dash salt


  • Prepare the salmon the day before. Either roast in the oven or cook in an air-fryer.
  • Toast the bread
  • Cut open the avocado and place onto the toast. Smash it with a fork.
  • Top with the salmon.
  • Squeeze some lemon juice onto the salmon.
