Specialized exercise program designed for people with osteoporosis and low bone density.

Onero™ Program

Onero™ is an evidence-based exercise program proven to safely increase bone density, strength, and balance in people with osteoporosis. Developed through clinical research, it focuses on targeted, supervised training that supports long-term bone health and confidence in daily movement.

What It Is

Onero™ is a research-backed exercise program created in Australia by Professor Belinda Beck and her team, designed specifically to improve bone density, strength, and balance in people with osteoporosis.

What It Involves

The program includes supervised, twice-weekly sessions using heavy resistance, impact loading, and balance exercises — all tailored and closely monitored by trained professionals.

Why It Matters
