White Bean Dip
Check out this easy and delicious white bean dip that is great with fresh veggies (I really like sugar snap peas), chips or add to a pita with more veggies and make it a perfect lunch.

Instructions
In a food processor, pulse the cannellini beans, olive oil, lemon juice and zest, garlic, salt, and pepper until combined.
With the food processor running, slowly add the water and process until smooth.
Serve with veggies or pita.
