Homemade Hemp Milk

Hemp milk is a plant-based milk alternative made from hemp seeds. Homemade hemp milk is easy to prepare, customizable, and generally has a fresher taste than store-bought versions. So quick and easy to make. Just blend and enjoy, no straining needed. Hemp milk is super rich and creamy and can be used on cereal, in cooking, or baking, in smoothies, and there is also an option to make it into hemp cream which is perfect for coffee or creamy sauces!
Hemp Milk has some of the following nutritional benefits: Protein: Hemp milk is a good source of plant-based protein, containing all nine essential amino acids. A cup of homemade hemp milk typically provides 3-4 grams of protein. Healthy fats: It's rich in omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids, particularly alpha-linolenic acid (ALA) and linoleic acid. These essential fatty acids support heart and brain health. Digestibility: Hemp milk is easily digestible and is free from common allergens like soy, nuts, and lactose. Fiber: If you don't strain the milk, it retains some of the fiber from the hemp seeds, which can aid digestion. Antioxidants: Hemp seeds contain antioxidants like vitamin E and phenolic compounds, which may help protect cells from oxidative stress.
