Basil Avocado Salad Dressing

I decided to add a new element to my basic Avocado Vinaigrette by adding some beautiful basil from the garden. This creamy avocado basil dressing is vegan, paleo and gluten free. It's perfect mixed in your favorite salad or a dip for artichokes.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup basil fresh
  • 1/4 avocado
  • 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 dash salt
  • 1 dash pepper
  • 1 tsp Dijon Mustard

Instructions
 

  • Place the basil, avocado, apple cider vinegar, and olive oil in a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Season with salt and pepper.
