Asparagus Frittata

This asparagus frittata is a savory egg dish featuring tender asparagus pieces baked into a fluffy, open-faced omelet. I included sun dried tomatoes and goat cheese creating a flavorful meal suitable for breakfast, brunch, or a light dinner. It's a traditional Italian dish that has been popular for centuries, especially in home cooking. The word "frittata" itself comes from the Italian verb "friggere," which means "to fry."
