Simple Sardine Salad

Sardines are a highly nutrient-dense food and an efficient source of several essential nutrients. They provide significant amounts of omega-3 fatty acids (EPA and DHA), complete protein, vitamin B12, and selenium, all of which play important roles in cardiovascular health, neurological function, and cellular protection. Sardines are also notable for being affordable, widely available, and shelf-stable, making them a practical dietary choice.
