Ingredients
  

  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice one lemon =1/4 cup
  • 16 ounces tahini 1 jar
  • 2 tsp kosher salt
  • 1 tsp cumin ground
  • 1 cup ice water made need a little more to thin the tahini

Instructions
 

  •  Pour the tahini on top
  • Pour the tahini on top
  • Add the lemon juice
  • Add the salt and cumin
  • Process until the mixture looks peanut-buttery, about 1 minute.
  • Stream in the ice water, a little at a time, with the motor running.
  • Process just until the mixture is smooth and creamy and lightens in color.
