Simple Sardine PLUS

Sardines are a highly nutrient-dense food and an efficient source of several essential nutrients. Ingredients
  

  • 7 oz sardines Ortiz Sardines in Olive Oil
  • 2 tbsp mayo Primal Kitchen Chipotle Lime Mayonaisse
  • 1/2 cup carrots diced
  • 1/2 cup celery diced
  • 1/2 cup apple diced

Instructions
 

  • Drain the olive oil from the sardines
  • Mash the sardines with a fork
  • Dice the carrots, celery and apple
  • Add the mayonnaise, apples, celery and carrots to the sardines
  • Serve on a bed of lettuce
