Cottage Cheese Pancakes - High Protein/High Calcium REVISED NO OATS
Cottage cheese pancakes are a protein-rich variation of traditional pancakes made by combining cottage cheese with eggs, protein powder, Zen Basil Seeds, and simple pantry ingredients. The cottage cheese adds moisture, a mild tangy flavor, and a boost of protein and calcium, while helping create a soft, fluffy texture. These pancakes are quick to prepare and cook on a skillet just like standard pancakes. They are often served for breakfast or brunch and can be topped with fruit, yogurt, maple syrup, or a light dusting of powdered sugar. Because cottage cheese provides significant protein, these pancakes are more filling and nutritionally balanced than many traditional pancake recipes.

Add all ingredients into a blender and blend for 1 minute
