Cottage Cheese Pancakes - High Protein/High Calcium REVISED NO OATS

Equipment

  • 1 Skillet

Ingredients
  

  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 cup cottage cheese 2%
  • 1 scoop Choco Protein Powder Mikuna
  • 1 scoop Zen Basil Biohack Protein
  • 1 tsp avocado oil
  • 1 tsp maple syrup

Instructions
 

  • Add oil of choice to skillet and heat ( I used avocado oil)
  • Add all ingredients into a blender and blend for 1 minute
  • Pour a portion of the batter into the skillet and cook on one side until browned and then turn over and brown the other side.
  • Enjoy with maple syrup or jam of choice.
