Adzuki Miso Salad Dressing

South River Adzuki Miso is soy free and features the beautiful red adzuki bean, long valued in Asian folk traditions for nourishing the deep essential energies of the body. Adzuki beans are rich in protein, fiber, vitamins, minerals and beneficial plant compounds. Soaking, sprouting and fermenting makes it easier to absorb these nutrients. In Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) the kidney is at the root of all bone related issues and adzuki beans nourish the kidneys.
