I get a bone density in the Fall. Looking forward to reversing the numbers.

Thanks Irma,

Great job Irma! We find we have to do so much of our own footwork to get things done that should not be our job. Sadly, with the value of optional Vitamin D levels necessary for so many health conditions and so vital for bone health, it is a complete mystery why it is NOT a routine order, at least once per year and why it is NOT covered in many cases and WHY we have to ask and many times be denied the request. Hopefully, this article and others that you share, will help your readers become more proactive and able to speak up and get what they need done.
